Content Guidelines

A complaint is strongest when it is specific, factual, and about your own experience.

This is a plain-language summary published with the first version of Complain Here and is not legal advice. Complain Here is an independent platform. We are not a government agency, a law firm, or an official dispute-resolution authority.

Do

Describe what happened, when, and what you have already tried. Include amounts, dates, and what support told you.

Say clearly what would resolve it for you.

Don't

No personal information about employees or other customers, no card or Social Security numbers, no threats, harassment, or slurs.

No complaints filed on someone else's behalf without their involvement, no competitor attacks, and no repeated duplicate filings about the same incident.

How review works

Every complaint is checked by a person before it is published. Some are flagged automatically by simple text patterns; a moderator still makes the decision.

If something needs changing we tell you what and why, and you can edit and resubmit.

Reporting content

If a complaint or a business response breaks these guidelines, report it and a moderator will review it. Reports are not published.
