Where to send them
Send all legal correspondence to legal@complainhereusa.com. Include the exact URLs at issue and a clear description of the claim.
Content disputes
A company that believes a complaint is false should first respond publicly — that is the fastest, most credible correction. If a claim is unlawful, tell us specifically which statement and why.
We do not remove a complaint simply because a company disagrees with it.
User information
We disclose user information only when required by valid legal process, and we tell the affected user where the law allows.
