What becomes public
Your complaint title and description, the category, your desired resolution, the company, the date, and any display name and state you choose to add.
What stays private
Your email address, account details, mailing address, phone number, payment information, and any files you upload as evidence.
Evidence files are stored privately and are only viewable by you and our moderation team. Businesses never automatically receive your private information.
What we collect
Account information you give us, the content you post, and basic product analytics that tell us which parts of the platform are used.
Your choices
You can use a display name instead of your real name. You can ask us to delete your account; published complaints may remain with your identifying details removed, because the public record of a company's behavior would otherwise be incomplete.
